What exactly will I learn?

You'll learn my coaching approach for building a foundation for your dream work-life balance and dealing with the root causes of your burnout. You don't have to have any prior personal development experience. I assume, at baseline, that everyone is burnt out.

Does this course qualify for CME credits?

No, this course is not accredited with the FRCP or CFPC.
But as with all coaching, you can apply for self-learning credits.

Why is the course offered with a live cohort of participants?

You mean other than being more fun?!!
I offer the course with a live cohort so that you can all progress at approximately the same speed. Each module builds on the last. Each step gains you momentum.
You get a chance to ask me questions that I can address in real time.
Also, when you do the work with others you have a higher likelihood of DOING THE WORK.

How will I access the course?

The course will be hosted on membership.io and participants will have their own private access. The modules will come out roughly once per week with a one-week break between module 2 and 3 for people to catch up.
